A day is not just a day when God sets it apart

The casual thinking that a a day is just a day is what cost Adam and Eve a place in the garden of Eden. For we realize before God, a tree is not just a tree if he has set aside one and asked you not to touch it. In the wilderness, we learned a snake is not a snake. You must look at the bronze snake to be saved. Again, a lesson for us, what God has set aside, don’t make your own and think it will stand in the same measure.

At Calvary there were three crosses. One cross I call it Islam, said, IF YOU ARE the Son of God, save yourself from the cross and save us also. This cross died not seeing that miracle and therefore forever believed Jesus is not the Son of God. There was a middle cross. Where everyone shall look and live. This is the cross of Jesus where upon he has called us to take up our cross and follow Him. This are the people he says, if you love me, keep my commandments. He further says you are my friends if you do what I have commanded thee.

John 14:15-16 KJV
If ye love me, keep my commandments. [16] And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
John 15:14 KJV
Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

1 John 2:3-4 KJV
And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. [4] He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

So we can’t make our own laws to judge our righteousness by those own created laws. We have to be judged by standards set by God the creator.

The problem is people don’t read the bible.  It’s just business as usual. I have a Catholic church in my neighborhood and it doesn’t surprise me at the high number of congregants who walk to church with no bible in their hands. Unless they are given bibles inside the church.

The last cross, are those people, who though fell short of the glory of God, but God shall offer them grace.

We are not obeying a day, but the law of God. Why do you judge people who keep the Sabbath law and you don’t’ judge those who keep the thou shall not kill?

It’s not about keeping one law and breaking one, neither is it about keeping one and breaking nine.

Paul who taught us about grace of JESUS Christ says this.

Romans 7:7, 12, 14, 22-25 KJV
What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet. [12] Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good. [14] For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. [22] For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: [23] But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. [24] O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? [25] I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

The problem with humanity, they want an easy way of Christianity. They want to eat, drink, party and do all manner of things and convince themselves heaven has a place for them.

Let me tell you about the patience of saints brethren, law is part and parcel of Christian living, not a wishful thinking.

Revelation 14:12 KJV
Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
