Apostle John Kibe, another fake preacher in Kenya

4 min

Recently Kenyans were stirred awake by one Dr. Prophet Victor Kanyari a form 2 drop out who could turn water into blood-using Potassium of course. The news really shocked many at the audacity of this ‘thief’ who robbed people in the name of God. He paid huge amounts of money for both radio and TV time to ‘preach’ and ask Kenyans to plant a seed for some ‘unseen’ doors to be opened and release their blessings.

Today i was shocked to see a similar post (not really similar) but the text of the message is the same. This man, one John Kibe seems to try to ‘attract’ followers with the promises of riches with his captivating posts.

car

“Birds have nests but the son of Man has nowhere to lay his head”. That was the lowly Christ. In the above post, this false ‘Apostle’ belittles the power of Christ by claiming that the reason Christ rode on a donkey to Jerusalem was the lack of cars back then. IT will be very good to point out to this fake preacher that if Christ were to have come in this generation, He still would have rode on a donkey to fulfill prophecy.

In Zechariah 9:9, the prophet speaks of a future king presenting himself to Jerusalem while riding on a humble donkey. This foreshadowed something that happened about 500 years later. As explained in Luke 19:35-37, Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey and presented himself as the Messiah, the King.

Zechariah 9:9: Rejoice greatly, O Daughter of Zion! Shout, Daughter of Jerusalem! See, your king comes to you, righteous and having salvation, gentle and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

This clearly shows this John Kibe guy has no understanding of the bible and the character of Christ!

door  preach

His Facebook page speaks of a man ‘sent’ to preach the truth yet not even one of his posts speaks the ‘truth’. First of all, what is the truth?

Jesus himself did not try to win anyone with promises of riches or houses or whatever was ‘expensive’ at the time. Actually, the Jews had expected earthly riches yet Christ spoke of heavenly. His teachings included ‘you will be hated by all men’ for my names sake (just liek a lot of people will hate this post for pointing out the truth).

And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. Matthew 24:14

Which Kingdom, reading from the first verse of Matt 24, Christ speaks of the end times. How false teachers, false christs and false miracles will be conceived to deceive even the very elect.

The apostles of Christ did not at any point promise unforeseen riches and prosperity to anyone that follows Christ. On the contrary they spoke against the love for money and this world. “ Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Romans 12:2

It seems they forget verses like

15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. 1 John 2:15-17

The first incentive John gives is that “if any one loves the world, love for the Father is not in him” (verse 15b). In other words the reason you shouldn’t love the world is that you can’t love the world and God at the same time. Love for the world pushes out love for God, and love for God pushes out love for the world.

As Jesus said, “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money” (Matthew 6:24). So don’t love the world, because that would put you in the class with the God-haters whether you think you are or not. “If any one loves the world, love for the Father is not in him.” That’s the first reason John gives not to love the world.

We can go on and on but the point is made. This world is not for us Christians yet so many ‘Apostles and Prophets’ seem to have some financial and material blessings held up somewhere waiting for you to ask them to pray for you.

What is the TRUTH that has to be preached?

And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. Revelation 20:1

John does not see the rich men having fun and celebrating, he sees the men and women of God who were persecuted, the men and women of God who “keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.” Revelation 14: 12

And what is the faith of Jesus? What is the testimony?

And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. Revelation 19:10

This is what these preachers have failed to preach. The real truth. The spirit of prophecy. The book of Daniel and Revelation. The truth that we are indeed living in the last days. That the man of sin has already seated himself and that the biggest call is this “Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. Revelation 18:4

That people are receiving the mark of the beast even without their knowledge!

But still, For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 2 Tim 4:3
home

In short, people do not want the truth, they want to be told comment “I RECEIVE” and get your house.
