Cast your burdens unto Jesus

Friends i don’t know what has been ailing you for long but please read this.

This woman had been sick for 12 years. All those days she would bleed and no one seemed to have a cure. Doctors did not know what the cure was. Her life was lost in a desolate state of pity and lost hope. All her savings were lost to trying find a cure for her condition.
Her fate was left to the unknown and she had completely lost hope of ever being healed by the doctors.

But when all seemed lost to her, she had of a man. A man who passed villages and left no one sick. That every where he went demons ran away. People with leprosy were healed. The blind saw. The crippled walked. And she knew of this man, probably a solution could be found.
With all her pain she made a choice to go to Christ. A multitude had surrounded Jesus and it seemed her day with the savior was far away, she that was a hope she wanted to hold onto. Forward she kept squeezing through, the voice of Christ tender and loving pulling her closer to her salvation.
When she got to Christ, she saw herself for who she is, a dirty human being tainted by sin and seeking the mercy and love of God, and she thought to herself, M’r:5:28: For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.
And she was made whole. M’r:5:34: And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.

What are the lessons for us here? That Christ came for us. He came that we go to Him burdened with all manners of sins and troubles. That we share our burden of need and helplessness. He came that we may have life and life in abundance.
Christ asks of nothing in return. God does not love us BECAUSE he gave His son to die for us…God loves us THAT He gave us His son to die for us.
Yes the crown is there. Yes the pain is there. But tonight, let us all approach the throne of grace that we may receive mercy. Walk through. In faith cling to the hope that tonight you must meet Christ. and like the woman, when you get to Him, realize who you are. A sinner. Ask God to cleanse you. To blot out your sins. Claim the redemption bought at the cross. It is a gift for you to claim. Then pour your heart out to God. Tell Christ your troubles. Is is a job? Is it sickness? Is it peace? Is it education? A woman was made whole after 12 years just by touching His garment and believing, how much more do you need? Christ says ask ANYTHING in my name adn you shall receive it.

As you meditate upon this, kindly share your prayer requests. Please remember to memorize at least one name and the persons prayer request so that when you pray you mention the name and request to God.

In Jesus name
