A Mississippi woman admitted to having sex with more than one animal after she was arrested Saturday.
Kimberly Coggin, 39, pleaded guilty to charges she had unnatural intercourse with a dog, according to WTVA.
Sheriff Greg Pollan said an investigation was launched into Coggin after explicit photos were being circulated via text messages among residents within Calhoun County.
Authorities were able to determine that photos of Coggin engaged in sexual acts with animals were taken between August 2014 and August 2015, according to The Daily Journal.
He said during a court hearing on Monday in Calhoun County Circuit Court, Coggin opted to waive indictment and pleaded guilty to the charge.
Pollan added that she admitted she had sex with more than one animal. However, it’s unclear exactly what kind of animals she had sex with besides a dog.
Coggin was given a 10-year suspended sentence, five years probation and was ordered to register as a sex offender.
