Everything in the universe started from somewhere by someone and that someone is God the creator of all living and non-living things. All that surrounds us, it all started with God as Him being omnipresent, omniscient and all-knowing for none or nothing existed before him. And today you will realize that your life and your all-being starts with God.
The purpose of your life is far greater than your own personal fulfillment, your peace of mind, or even your happiness. if you want to know why you were placed on this planet, you must begin with God for you were born by His purpose and for His purpose. when we read the book of Jeremiah from the beginning of his life story, we realize that before the birth of Jeremiah, God had planned him(Jeremiah) had known about him before his existence. As God speaks to Jeremiah, He tells him that he had plans for Jeremiah before his birth while Jeremiah was in his mother’s womb. from that story of Jeremiah we get to acknowledge that it started with God for him(Jeremiah) begin the prophetic mission right before his birth. Even you as you read this, your life was never an accident or was never planned with both your parents for they hardly new you right at the time of birth either as a boy or a girl. God had made it to happen and he used both your parents as vessels for your existence.
We begin the purpose of our life at the wrong starting point ourselves. you begin to ask yourself self-centered questions. you didn’t create yourself so there is no way you can tell yourself what you were created for? God created you and it is Him that directs the lives of His creatures for everyone’s life is in His power. The only way we can know the purpose of our life is by started with God through seeking first his kingdom then ask whatever we need to know, we need to have and achieve.
Having a focus on yourself will never and cannot make you arrive at your life’s purpose. You must begin with God, your creator for you exist because He wills that you exist and for you were made by Him and for Him, until you understand that, life will never make sense. It is only in God that we discover our origin, identity, meaning, purpose, significance and our destiny. Every other path will always lead to destruction at the end. It all starts with God.
