Man Attempts To Bury His Own Mother Alive For Selling Piece of Land

A man in Bungoma was yesterday arrested in Bungoma Kenya for attempting to bury his own mother alive.

Residents were shocked beyond words when they responded to distress cries from the ageing woman on Thursday, August 24 when they found her being buried alive by her son.

The man, identified as Chris Wamalwa, is said to have been angered by his mother, Alice, who had sold a piece of land that he was hoping to inherit.

In protest, the man decided to dig a grave and later threw his hapless mother and started covering her with soil in broad daylight. Read more
