Petition : End Abortion in Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Hospitals

A petition has been started on change.org to end Abortions in Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Hospitals. The Petition, started by Rachael Conner  Bellevue, OH, is to be delivered to the Seventh-day Adventist General Conference, the North American Division (NAD) of Seventh-day Adventist Church and Ted N. C. Wilson, General Conference President.

-Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, The fruit of the womb is a reward-  Psalm 127:3.

As a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church (SDA), it is with great sorrow and pain that I come to you with this petition to be signed.

Satan himself is doing a mighty work to turn the eyes and cover the ears of our church family.  We as children of God, must take a stand for our brothers and sisters that do not have their own voice.  Today, as we speak, abortions are being performed within our SDA hospitals.  This must end.

Mathew 19:14 states: “But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.”

Without life, an aborted child is forbidden to follow Christ, they have no abilities to love and serve Him.  They are unable to come and draw near to Him.

It is my sincere hope that each individual that reads this will spend time in prayer, asking God what we as a church, and individually can do to protect His unborn children.  We must also pray for the mothers, the medical staff and for our church leadership.

The abortion “debate” always hinges on two opposing sides, one which advocates for having the freedom to “choose”.  The Holy word has this to say about choice, “I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live” -Deuteronomy 30:19.
