The two Angel’s Message you must read-who do you worship?

2 min

We know it is a fact angels serve God and often used to carry messages to His people. Their interest in humanity is so closely regarded it is believed each of us have our own personal “guardian angel” who looks out for our affairs and work with the Holy Spirit in ensuring the proper environment to receive messages is accomplished. The faith of the Seventh Day Adventist is founded upon what is called the “Three Angel’s Messages” found in Revelation 14.

There is another angel who is carrying a different message since he separated his connection with God. His message is primarily to God’s people and the purpose is to sever their relationship with God. It’s a very subtle message as Eve learned. It’s a message of lies mixed with truth. It’s a message calculated to harm each and every one of us, and the result of listening to this angel’s message is death!

If we examine the Three Angel’s Message, they come in 3 separate messages: (1) Fear God for His judgment has come and worship Him. (2) False religion has fallen and is the cause of others to fall, and (3) Worship God by keeping of His Ten Commandments. The Devil made it clear in Isa. 14:14 “I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.” The only one who could be “like” the Most High is Christ. The devil desired Christ’s position and with all authority and worship given to Christ, the devil wants this. This is why during the “temptations of Christ” the devil said to Christ in Matt 4:9 “And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.” Simply put, the devil wants one thing more than anything else and this is to be worshiped. But, it’s not enough to have the fallen angels worshiping him or even the world. What he, the devil wants, is for you and I to worship him. He wants God’s people to worship him and sadly, many do so without knowing it! He couldn’t trick Christ into doing it so he’s tricking those who claim to be Christ, claim to worship God, into actually worshiping him!

If God’s message was given to worship Him on the Seventh Day Sabbath (Saturday) and the devil’s message, given by tradition from pagan beliefs to worship him on the so-called “Lord’s Day” (Sunday), then who receives the adoration, the blessedness of following the Commandment? This is not a difficult question. Who in actuality is being worshiped?

Paul warned the Christian church by pointing out in 2 Thess. 3-12: Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? 6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: 9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”

Friends, the devil’s message is called a “delusion” and he has successfully “deluded” Christians into thinking they’re serving God by worshiping on a day of his choosing and not of God’s. This is the delusion which has captivated the world. Most Christians worship on what day? Does that day agree with Scripture? Not ONE SINGLE VERSE.

Who’s message will you follow?

I recognize the only reason why I am still alive and enjoying life–now, is because of God’s direct involvement in my life, healing me from my addiction. Now, it is my privilege, duty and obligation to assist others who are caught, “out there”. Ministry is more than words. It’s a willingness to take action. Pray about it and let me know how I may help you.
