Where is the ark of the covenant now after Jesus Death?

2 min

After Jesus died the veil of the temple which separates the Most Holy place from Holy was torn apart signifying the work of earthly priesthood is over and the Great High Priest Himself is taken over.

It was recorded that afterwards the ark of the covenant was taken and could not be found anymore. Many are surprised where it was taken. Who took it and where is it?

The answer to these questions is that the invisible God, the Almighty God took away the ark to Heaven. Apostle John the revelator saw in vision the ark of the covenant and it is in Heaven in the temple of God.

The earthly tabernacle was miniature of the Heavenly one and after Jesus Christ took the Work as Eternal Priesthood, the ark was taken to be with the Great High Priest.

“Revelation 11:19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.”

Therefore the ark is in Heaven and it contains the law of God, thus the ten commandments. This signifies God’s Law wasn’t nailed to the Cross. It stands forever as Jesus said:“Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Matthew 5:17”. Don’t be deceived by the false teachers strengthening the hands of sinners in lawlessness saying God’s Law is n more! God shall surely judge all these false teachers.

Cling to God’s truth and don’t be deceived. James 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. 2:11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. 2:12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. 2:13 For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment. 2:23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. 2:24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. 2:25 Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? 2:26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
